Is the RingCentral Worth It?

Best business phone system overall. RingCentral sounded the best, stayed up, and did everything we asked without a support call. It is not the cheapest and the bill is larger than the sticker, which is the trade for a system nobody has to think about.

RingCentral Pros & Cons

Pros
  • Highest blind call-quality score, including on the calls we made during deliberate network load
  • Auto-attendant and ring groups configured in under twenty minutes
  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google and Slack
  • Contact-centre tier available as the business grows
Cons
  • Taxes and fees added about 18% to our quote
  • Call recording and CRM integration need the $25 Advanced plan
  • Admin console has more settings than a small office needs
